Program Governance Reporting

Preparing concise, timely and accurate Program reporting is often time consuming, cumbersome and inaccurate.

By the time the PMO have copied and pasted information from a variety of sources, updated risks and issues, got the latest schedule updates from the master scheduler and cross checked  RAG statuses the information is either out of date or late.

Whilst an integral component of any Program, most Project Managers and PMO staff find they spend way too much time reporting (especially if there are multiple governance forums and reports required).

We have assisted customers by developing a simple mechanism for the extraction and aggregation of project updates.  This has seen a reduction in the effort required by PMO staff each week to develop program reports, thereby allowing Project Managers and PMO team members to concentrate on higher value activities.
